Destaca que las directrices recientes de la ASA, la ESAIC y otras importantes sociedades de anestesia recomiendan definitivamente la monitorizaci\u00f3n cuantitativa de la relaci\u00f3n tren de cuatro para todos los casos en los que se utilicen agentes bloqueantes neuromusculares. El Dr. Rodney hace hincapi\u00e9 en que la monitorizaci\u00f3n cuantitativa, la dosificaci\u00f3n adecuada de los paral\u00edticos, la selecci\u00f3n apropiada del agente de reversi\u00f3n y el objetivo de una relaci\u00f3n tren de cuatro de al menos 0,9 desempe\u00f1an un papel clave en la mejora de la seguridad y los resultados de los
